All weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.

All bookings are subject to confirmation. A £200 deposit will be required to confirm a reservation. Full payment of the balance will be due 8 weeks before start of the holiday or at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks prior to start of holiday. A returnable deposit of £200 against breakage and damage will also be requested at that time. Bed linen, hand and tea towels, heating and electricity are included in the rental charge. Dogs: There is a charge of £20 per week per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, only by prior arrangement. If you are bringing a dog(s) contact us to let us know. Please note: visitors should arrange suitable holiday cancellation insurance if required.
